# SortX

> The repairs desk for UK letting agents and property managers: from the tenant's report to the paid invoice.

SortX takes a repair from the moment a tenant reports it to the moment the contractor's
invoice is paid. AI takes repairs down and suggests what is urgent; the job goes to your own
contractors in your order; your staff step in to decide.

SortX is for repairs. It is not a lettings, sales, rent or accounting system, and it works
alongside the one you already use.

## Who uses what
